By using Global Link Business Center at 37 Platon Ioseliani St, Tbilisi, Georgia, you agree to the following terms:

  • 1. Membership plans are non-transferable and subject to availability.
  • 2. Payments are due monthly; late fees apply after 7 days.
  • 3. 24/7 access is granted to registered members only.

  • 5. Global Link reserves the right to update terms with notice.

Use of Services

Global Link Business Center provides coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and related business services to individuals and organizations. Members agree to use the facilities for lawful business activities only and to respect the shared work environment.

  • 1. Members must not engage in any illegal or disruptive behavior on the premises.
  • 2. Equipment and property provided by Global Link must be handled responsibly.
  • 3. Members are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their workspace.
  • 4. Access credentials (keys, cards) must not be shared with non-members.

Payments and Billing

Membership fees, room bookings, and additional service charges must be paid according to the selected plan or agreement. All prices are listed in local currency (GEL) unless otherwise stated.

  • 1. Payments must be made through approved payment methods (cash, card, or online).
  • 2. Late payments may result in suspension of access to the facility.
  • 3. Membership renews automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are subject to the type of membership or booking. Short-term or day-pass bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Monthly and long-term memberships can be canceled with prior written notice as per contract terms.

  • 1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@globallinkbiz.com.
  • 2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • 3. Refunds are not applicable for partial months of use.

Internet and Data Usage

Members are provided with access to a secure internet connection. The use of the internet for unlawful, offensive, or harmful activities is strictly prohibited.

  • 1. Do not share or distribute copyrighted or illegal materials.
  • 2. Do not engage in hacking, phishing, or other malicious activities.
  • 3. Global Link reserves the right to restrict network access in case of misuse.

Liability and Disclaimer

Global Link Business Center strives to maintain a safe and secure environment but shall not be held responsible for personal belongings, data loss, or interruptions caused by external factors.

  • 1. Members are responsible for securing their own equipment and valuables.
  • 2. Global Link is not liable for damages resulting from misuse or negligence.
  • 3. Use of the coworking space and facilities is at the member’s own risk.

Amendments to Terms

Global Link Business Center reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes through email or official announcements.

Continued use of our facilities or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
